Christmas Smoked Salmon

Every year at Christmas, we make a small batch production of smoked salmon. Our process is simple and traditional, free from additives using quality ingredients. The end product is something that tastes delicious and we’re always proud of.
What makes it different?
Our smoked salmon is additive free, and also cured and smoked less than most brands. The result is a very natural smoked salmon with a more delicate taste. Because we cure it less, there is less moisture loss from the salmon, which leads to a moister salmon with a full texture. Because it is hand sliced (and therefore slightly thicker), you’ll also notice the texture more.
We have a range of cures that very subtly alter the salmon in different ways. Our beetroot cure is perhaps the most popular, giving the exterior edges of the salmon a lovely pink colour. Our regular cure is traditional slat cure, with a touch of sugar.
Production is limited to 60 sides in total, so get your skates on.
Delivery information: all deliveries outside Edinburgh and East Lothian will be delivered by Royal Mail Special Delivery Guaranteed next day by 1pm, dispatched on 20th December to arrive on 21st December. P&P for whole sides is £12.00. Unfortunately we do not deliver outside of the UK. Delivery to the Highlands and Islands may incur extra costs.
Orders for Edinburgh and East Lothian will be delivered on 21st or 22nd December, free of charge. We will notify you of our delivery schedule by email on 18th December.
