We rove around the country catering for weddings, events and parties for 2 to 400 people. We are happy to collaborate with others and create an unforgettable experience for your guests.

We specialise in cooking on fire with local, seasonal produce.

We prepare most of our food very simply, from scratch. We don’t compromise on quality and service. We use the best quality ingredients, with respect for ethical production. We like to be fresh and innovative and don’t do cliché meals.

We are creative, resilient and flexible. 

We can cater indoor or out, offer unusual dining experiences (oysters up a munro, anyone?), for small intimate parties and official business events. We can offer fine dining among zero facilities, and casual dining too! We love to chat about the history and culture of our food and drink with interested guests.

Hi, I’m Ruaraidh Menzies (or Ror).

I created Ror’s Kitchen to celebrate my love of food and Scotland, and share it with people from around the world. I have been cooking for others and organising events since 2012.
I work with a small team of cooks and creators, and we are looking forward to making your dream event a reality.
