Our work is about delivering an unforgettable experience, whatever we do. But when working in the luxury travel industry, we get the chance to go the extra mile.
We cater for groups all over Scotland, off-grid and for experience. Whether that’s fine dining on a beach in Ardnamurchan, or a paired Whisky lunch in Speyside, or a BBQ after Axe throwing in Peebles, our offering is finely tailored and extremely flexible.
Our mainstay is cooking on fire, typically in environments where there are no facilities, but we’ll (quite literally) cook anywhere. Most of our work in the travel industry includes bespoke and detailed planning to fit in with exclusive tours of Scotland. We have relationships with many suppliers and venues.
We can take care of logistical elements (such as providing a field kitchen, a large bell tent, a portable generator and some furniture) and we are happy to chat with guests about the history and culture of our food and drink.
